A little background info...

My journey began with Reiki lessons, beginning back in 2000.

Between 2002-2006 I was a medic for the US Army. It was exciting and rewarding, but the environment wasn't for me.

When I got out of the military I worked in various fields including veterinary medicine, coaching at a gym, and brain injury rehabilitation... but energy work was calling me back the entire time.

In 2009 I took the leap into Reiki Master/Teacher Training, and began to participate in endurance sports.

After graduating from Goddard College in 2014, I went to massage school. I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2017. I have taken a variety of continuing education classes that have taught me everything from Neuromuscular Cupping, to various Thai Massage, and stretching techniques.

From there I learned that I absolutely love helping bring peace to anxious people, and helping athletes recover from intense athletic endeavors, but a piece of the puzzle was still missing.

I had a client come in with several ailments, and tell me that he, "Only eats one meal a day, because that works for him." At the time I wasn't qualified to offer any nutritional advice. By 2022 I had finally taken the steps to become a certified nutrition coach.

There is a serious lack of education around the subject in America, and often the root of several other problems people are having.

I am here to help!

I believe that if our body is screaming at us, we shouldn't scream back. We should pull up a chair and quietly ask, "How can I help? What do you need to feel better?"
