Massage Therapy does not have to leave you sore for days to be effective!
I have had a lot of success helping people navigate tension headaches, plantar fasciitis, upper and lower back pain, and find temporary relief from anxiety and insomnia.
After the massage I like to offer information on how to apply new habits to your life to help you continue to feel better between massage appointments.
Reiki sessions are offered up to 60 minutes, or you can add 15 or 30 minute treatments to the end of your massage.
