My style of massage is a unique but effective way of working that incorporates stretching to help clients feel better, without feeling sore for days after their session.
My favorite add-ons to help with sticky pain patterns are therapeutic cupping and CBD.
I have had a lot of success helping people navigate tension headaches, plantar fasciitis, upper and lower back pain, and find temporary relief from anxiety and insomnia.
After your massage, if you have time, I like to offer some information on how to affectively apply some new habits to your lifestyle to help you continue to feel better between sessions.
Reiki sessions are offered up to 60 minutes, or you can add 15 or 30 minute treatments to the end of your massage.
